At Shorebreak Resorts, our highest priority is the health, safety, and well-being of our guests and employees. Our management team is following updates and protocols advised by the Center of Disease Control (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO), and local government regarding the ongoing COVID-19 situation. We are very grateful for our loyal customers and continue to take every precaution and measure possible to conserve the safety of our guests, staff, and community.


We want our guests to know that our company always maintains high sanitation and cleaning procedures, and we are committed to further strengthening our standards. Here are some areas we are focused on:


Cleanliness: We have increased the frequency of cleaning common and public areas, increased disinfecting the most frequently touched surfaces in both common areas and in individual rooms (such as light switches, door knobs, and toilets), minimized the amount of staff on-site at one time, and we are providing hand sanitizer in the lobby. Each room is being deep cleaned.


Communication: We are in constant communication with our staff to ensure all safety measures are maintained, including informing them on our policy updates, practicing social distancing around other staff members and guests, wearing protective masks, and making sure they follow strong hygiene practices and frequently hand-wash. 


Accommodating Our Guests: We understand the concerns surrounding this situation. We are committed to working with our guests to make changes or move reservations. Any of our loyal customers who have questions or concerns regarding an upcoming stay are encouraged to call our reservation team.
