The Dunes, The Cove, and The Cape 

 

Accessibility parking: Each building has one designated handicap parking spot that can fit a car or a van.

 

Closed Captioning: Available by manually adjusting the Televisions.

 

Animals: Animals are prohibited unless they are a service support animal.

 

Strobe Alarms: Yes, at each building.

 

Accessible Bathrooms: Yes, all 33 suites among the three buildings use the master bathroom as the accessible bathroom that includes a roll-in shower, toilet handles, shower handles, and accessible sinks.

 

Handicap shower stools: Yes, please request and we are happy to provide.

 

Sinks: 20 of the 33 suites have accessible sinks in the kitchen. (All of The Cove and The Cape).

 

Elevators: Fully accessible elevators in all three buildings.
