‘Tis the Season to Celebrate the Holidays at the Shore

Christmas tree on the beach

What a year it has been for us all. If this year has taught us anything, it is how spending valuable time with loved ones and making memories is really what matters most. This December, plan a day, night, or weekend trip with your favorite people at the shore. Many restaurants and shops are open throughout the winter season, as well as accommodations at Shorebreak Resorts. Take a look at some holiday fun to enjoy during a coastal escape.

Decorations Galor

With both Sea Isle and Ocean City’s downtown areas dressed in lights, festive decorations and lit up Christmas trees, it’s hard to not get into the spirit of the season. Sea Isle City is having a house lighting competition on December 10th. Thanks to the locals in both towns, there are now decorated Christmas trees on the beach. In Ocean City, there are trees on North Street Beach and 55th Street, and in Sea Isle there are trees on 44th Street and 84th Street. These are the perfect places for a photo-op with your group!

The premium outlets are nearby in Atlantic City, or stop by some of Sea Isle’s cute boutiques like Coastal Palms or Birdcage. These shops are getting ready for the cold weather with new boho and chic style clothing and jackets that are perfect for the winter season. Many stores are accepting cash, credit cards, Venmo and many now have online shops available for pick up or delivery.
