Ocean City
This year, Ocean City will be hosting their first annual event called “Winterfest By The Sea.” Sponsored by the Ocean City Regional Chamber of Commerce, the event will consist of a holiday craft market that is sure to get you in the Christmas spirit! There is something here for everyone. Beautiful handcrafted items and specialty food gifts will be available for purchase. There will be games and activities for children as well, including a visit from Santa Claus! This event will take place on Friday, November 13, from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday, November 14, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the practice field located at 6th Street and the Boardwalk.
On Saturday, November 21, Ocean City will host “Earlier than the Bird Downtown Shopping Extravaganza.” Get ready to get an early morning start to your holiday shopping! Not a morning person? That’s okay you can go in your PJ’s! Wear your pajamas for early-bird shopping specials at stores, and get all that holiday shopping done. This event runs from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Sea Isle
Sea Isle’s annual Girls Weekend is approaching! From November 20 through November 22, this is a great weekend to plan your much-needed vacation with friends. There will be specials all weekend long at local shops, restaurants, and bars for a girl’s getaway! It will be easy to spot out which businesses are participating as those involved will have colorful “Girls Weekend” decals hanging in front of stores and restaurants. Take this time to celebrate your friends and treat yourself!

Following Girls Weekend, Sea Isle is hosting a Shop Small Weekend. From November 27 through November 29, celebrate Sea Isle’s charming small businesses and get some holiday shopping done. Local businesses throughout the town will offer deals, discounts, and hospitalities as you shop around. Customers who spend $20 at participating businesses will be entered for a chance to win a big-screen TV, courtesy of the Sea Isle City Chamber of Commerce & Revitalization. When you need a break from shopping, stop into one of your favorite restaurants that will be open again for lunch or dinner. Get in the holiday spirit and enjoy all the season has to offer!
